Nick Clauser understands finding the perfect home goes hand
in hand with building the life you want. As former residents of Louisville,
Kentucky, Nick and his wife buckled down and saved like crazy to achieve their
goal of moving across the country to be near the ocean, sand, and sunshine.

Nick is a former accountant. He has a mind for numbers and
the heart of a teacher. He is a calming force during conversations about
contract negotiations, down payments, mortgages, home insurance, property
taxes, and closing costs. He explains things in plain language and makes it
easy to understand. Nick wants his customers to feel educated and stress free
throughout the process.

Outside of work Nick enjoys cooking, gardening, going to the
beach, and spending time with his family.
